MultilingualPress 4.9.0 is here!
We’ve just rolled out version 4.9.0 of MultilingualPress. While this release doesn’t bring a host of new features, it’s packed with performance improvements and essential bug fixes to make your multilingual WordPress experience even smoother. Plus, it sets the stage for some exciting new functionality coming your way soon.
Smarter Post Connections by Default
One notable addition: new filters for connected post behavior. While there’s nothing new in the UI, these filters let you customize how connections between posts, terms, and other elements are handled—behind the scenes. For example, you can now predefine whether translations should be linked automatically or left separate by default. This gives you more control over how your multilingual content is structured from the get-go.
